Chef/proprietor Fred Beedles prepares the menu on a daily basis using the exceptional ingredients which the local area has to offer.
The menu changes frequently according to the seasons, alongside advice from our local suppliers.
Over the years Fred has worked in several establishments in the immediate area and has gained good knowledge of local ingredients and has built good working relationships with suppliers.
With few exceptions, every aspect of your meal will be made on the premises, from the freshly baked breads and clotted cream butter to begin, through to the petit fours served with coffee.
We can accommodate most dietary requirements with notice, however it may not be possible to cater for all.
